Applicants may be interested in attaching their plant to Whitby Hydro owned poles. In these cases, Whitby Hydro can offer two (2) approaches to attachment approvals, namely:

• Owner Developed design, whereby Whitby Hydro can provide detailed design and attachment approval, or
• Attacher Developed design, whereby the Attacher provides a design approved by a P.Eng. and Whitby Hydro reviews the design for attachment approval.
