The Electrical Safety Authority requires contractor to obtain Application for Inspection prior to the scheduled inspection: 1-877-372-7233
Minimum two (2) weeks notice required. Request will not be processed until all of the above information is received,
Inclement weather may require outage to be re-scheduled
Customer / Contractor responsible to opeate main secondary service switch
Customer / Contractor responsible to clean and inspect primary metering unit (s) where applicable

Please note that Whitby Hydro Electric Corporation has a "Services Agreement" with Whitby Hydro Energy Services to oversee the installation of hydro to the above mentioned address. Please contact Mr. Kevin Whitehead at 905-668-5878, extension 236 regarding your hydro servicing requirements.
