Visa & MasterCard Payments
You can now pay your bill using Visa and/or MasterCard. Whitby Hydro has enlisted the services of Paymentus Instant Payment Network to offer an additional payment option for those customers interested in using credit cards to pay their bill. Customers using this bill payment option will be charged a convenience fee for each transaction.

Click here to make a payment or use the toll free phone line at 1-866-418-1930. Customers using the web payment method will receive an email confirmation of their payment. Payments will be posted to your account on the next business day.

The Convenience Fee charged to the user will be based on the following schedule:

Payment Amount Convenience Fee
$1.00 - $150.00 $3.95
$150.01 - $250.00 $6.50
$250.01 - $350.00 $8.95
